I had my air conditioner service,but I set it on auto which is suppose to shut off when it reaches a certain t

temp. but it keeps running it there a problem or solution?

The thermostat is probably shot. This is a pretty common problem with window AC units, especially if you’ve had it for a few seasons. If the coils freeze over and no longer blows cold, it’s probably time for a new one.
