what is a technical backpack?

I know what a haversack is, what a rucksack is… daypacks… fannypacks
alice pack, and internal/external frame backpacks.
But apparently a genre has appeared without me knowing.
So what is a “technical backpack” and what sort of niche are they geared towards?

The only thing I could think of is that it might be one of those backpacks designed to carry laptops, cords, batteries, and things like that. I don’t think it is intended for what a traditional backpack is.
