Who makes the LIGHTEST army combat boot?
I am looking for the lightest army combat boot on the market. I have the army issue and a pair of Danner’s TFX Terra Force X (tan suede); I would like to go lighter. I am training for speed ruck marching (12 Mile, 48 lbs, 15 minute miles). I have good ruck marching technics. Boots could be a bit lighter.

Thats about as light as you are going to get before you start sacrificing comfort. Any less weight is going to be taken out in padding. Their are lighter boots out their ie Corcoran Field and Jump Boots, but they are hard sole with just leather. No padding. Stay with the TFXs your feet will thank you.
