Army Helmet

can anyone tell me what the ballistic ratings are of a mk6 british army helmet, and mk1 l/w body armour? also?

do they degrade over time. the mk1 body armour has very small pockets front and back, are these for ballistic plates?

Why and the hell would anyone need to know that honestly unless your in the military or some kind of freaky survivalist?
