Is the Army infantry just as good as Marines infantry?

I wanted to join Marines but i cant because im past the USMC cutoff age. I wanted to be an infantryman in the USMC because i heard it is the best. I am thinking about joining the Army as infantryman. I want to know how long is the training for Army infantry and is it just as good as the Marines.

LOL…you’re asking us whether or not being in the marines or the army makes YOU a better soldier?

That is ENTIRELY up to you.

Medals of honor have been handed out to people from all branches.

If you have what it takes to be a kickass infantryman, why does the branch matter?
