Where can I find a German army surplus Bundeswehr jacket?
I’d like to find an olive drab field jacket with the German flag on the shoulder. Preferably somewhere I can buy online, or local to Seattle? I can’t find anything at the army surplus stores in town. New condition would be best. I need a size XL.

If that’s the one then you want to be asking for a parka, not a field jacket. That style was phased out in the early 90′s and has been popular so availability is perhaps finally running a bit low. There’s still plenty around in Germany, though. Google ‘Militärische Kleidung’ and away you go… see links below
Go and work out your size on a german army shirt or whatever first: it’s never as simple as XL, you probably want either a ’10′ or ’11′.
I’d suggest just tearing one off a Berlin junkie, but I guess they’re never XL, are they…?
