How do i now if my size of ski boots will fit a certain binding?

I am mainly wondering if my size 27 boot will fit, FasTrack2 10.0 bindings and if so how big of a boot will they hold?

They should fit without a remount, but take them to a shop and have them adjust them to the boot and set the release tension.
