Can the Jacksonville Jaguars win thier division and challenge for the superbowl next season?

Hey guys, Im from Australia, and Ive fallen in love with the game of american football, Im still looking for a team to folllow, my question is, the Jags were tipped as a real contender last yr right? And didnt even make the play offs, my question is, can they be a real contender for the superbowl next yr? Cheers guys.
