is it okay for the us to use military force on countries they believe have nuclear weapons?
if there’s a suspicion of nuclear weapon, does the us have the right, or even the resources to use military force to invade the country?

to make it clear, that foreign country is to believed to have no intention on using the nuclear weapon. there is just an assumption that they have it.
can we still invade?

No, it is not right. Why? The US have more nukes than any other country in the world. The US are the only country in the world who used nukes on civilians of another country. It is hypocrisy = “We have nukes and nobody else can!”
