Can I change my 1999 ex military RHD Foden Truck To LHD If so who can carry out the modifications.?

I hope to purchase a 1999 Foden Truck and ship it to Ghana where I will use it. Ghana will only allow left hand drive vehicles into the country so I have to get tjhis truck changed from RHD to LHD. Can any one help
