Navy Meritorious Unit Commendation for Naval Academy?

It is my understanding that Navy personnel can wear unit awards awarded to the unit when they are with the unit. They can also wear it for their career if they were with the unit when they were awarded it. So the Naval Academy was awarded the Navy Meritorious Unit Commendation for 07-08. Do midshipman coming in after get to wear the award when they are there and after they graduate?

The citation accompanying the award provides the details as to who is entitled to wear the award. If it says “juniors & seniors” for the years 07 & 08, then people who are juniors or seniors in 2010 do not get to wear the award.
