How long does a cement patch in my driveway need to set before I can drive on it?

I had a pothole at the bottom of my drivway filled in with cement. It’s about 4 to 5 inches in depth and all the way across my driveway. How long does it need to set before I can drive on it?

I would wait 4 days minimum. Usually concrete sets up and cures within 48 hrs. Give it a couple extra days just to be safe.
