Can you help me name a zombie film (within the last 20 years)?

I saw this movie on tv a few years ago, it kind of reminded me of the resident evil films, basically a similar plot. A tactical assault team goes into some kind of high school, and are trying to find some girl who has the “root” form of the virus, which they need to make the cure for the virus that is making the zombies.

um, I dont think those answers are right, Unless I’m very wrong, the movie is called House of the Dead 2
