How long can a civilian stay at an air force base?

My boyfriend recently joined the air force and is currently at tech school. He’ll be going to his base, which is in south dakota, in january. I was going to visit him during spring break this year, and was wondering how long i’d be able to stay there for? i was hoping to stay for ten days. Does anyone know what the rules are for that? thanks!

I find it highly unlikely that you will be allowed to “stay on base” as in share quarters with him. You will probably have to stay at a hotel/motel near the base and see him when he is off duty/free.
