A small tear found in expensive waterproof jacket can i take it back?
I have worn my waterproof jacket once after buying it 2 days ago and found a small rip in it, over one side of the chest. Its an expensive jacket i got from Cotswolds Outdoor shop, can i take it back, to get a refund or exchange it? Please help

Yes you should be able to take it back for an exchange as long as you kept the receipt.

As long as it has not been washed or soaked with rain then you will be fine. Take it back with the explanation that once you got it home and tried it on to show the wife / friend / partner etc you noticed the tear.
