Navy SWCC, USMC Scout Sniper, USAF CCT questions?

I’ve narrowed it down to these three jobs that interest me but how should i go about preparing to make it through the training courses.
I was told to do push ups and crunches and run and swim but is there any technical preparations i should begin doing?
Any book work i should do?

You have to pass boot camp and ITB and do some time in the fleet before you’re even eligable for the opportunity to try out for the try outs to be in a USMC Sniper (STA) platoon, and from there you have to do even more work to get invited to try out for sniper school, it is by no means a guaranteed position.
