What is the US Army patch that is a green arrow with lightning bolts through it?

it’s just like the Delta Force red Airborne patch but green and with lightning bolts in it

I’m color blind and never gave much thought to what color my patch is. Are you referring to the SF patch at the link below. I’ve always described it as blue with yellow sword and lightening bolts.
