My cat has red bumps/mosquito like bites all over his body?
I have a tomcat, he’s 8 months old, and his fur is falling out in patches all over his body. Even the vets at this point don’t really know what the problem is. He’s been given multiple shots, antibiotics, anti-fungal creams, anti-fungal shampoos, and basically nothing. Now for a second there, his condition got somewhat better, his skin was no longer inflamed, I was also using apple cider vinegar at that time, because I read somewhere how it’s good against ringworm. The vets thought it was ringworm because I got it as well, but now when I washed him again with the anti-fungal shampoo, I noticed that he has a bunch of red moquito like bumps/ dots all over his body….Does anyone know what this is?
Perhaps it’s an allergic reaction to the shampoo. Or the vinegar.
Sounds like a flea infestation to me. I’d suggest trying a different vet for a second opinion.
