Is there a future for a ticketing clerk in the travel agency business ? ?
I’ve done a basic course in Travel & Aviation (Not IATA though). We were taught Galileo CRS as part of the course. But, in Goa the Travel Agencies rely on Amadeus. So I was wondering, should I undergo training for Amadeus ? Considering the fact that the Aviation industry is going though a bad patch and people saying that the Travel Agent is dying. I don’t know what to do, whether I should change my line altogether. Please help !
