how to physicaly train yourself to be an Army Ranger?

Hi, i’m fourteen and my dream is to be a Army Ranger, but I don’t know how to prepare myself, please help me.

Great dream to have at your age!

Get/stay involved in sports. Incorporate body-weight exercises (pushups, pullups, and squats/lunges) into a workout routine. Also try and do one decent run per week (1.5+ miles) and then do some sprints once a week too (100 meters/yards). Do 10 resting as necessary. Go all out. Add some swimming in if you have access to a pool.

You can also incorporate full-body weight workouts 2-3 times per week or you could wait until you are 16 or so.
