Task Force

How would you categorize the following agencies or task force?

nsa,cia,homeland security,fbi,us marshall,us marine,us army,us navy,police, any others?

Military-political pawns
Alphabet groups-spies to spy on Americans
Politicians-Greedy people who have to trample those already trampled to maintain their lavish lifestyles and make people believe it is to their benefit to keep them in their posititions.
Just my opinion though, being a Viet Nam Vet.
