what diseases could you get in a trench in world war one?

could you help me with this question, its for ap art of my essay.

There were a number of diseases including Cholera, dysentery, Chicken Pox
Diptheria
Measles
Mumps
Scarlet Fever
Whooping Cough
Fungal infections and any wound related sepsis from poor field hygine.
There were many more infectious agents as well.Somebody mentioned the Spanish Flu Pandemic of 1918… That actually started in Philadelphia, not in the trenches of Europe. It killed more people 24 months than any other epidemic, than have died in all of the years of aids and is one of the tree reasons why the world is so anxious about the avian flu. It is not, however, directly related to issues/disease from trenches. Check out the link below. it will give you several areas to review.

Sexually transmitted disease were not per se form the trenches but from inteactions in the local villages…
