I’m familiar with the name “dixie cup” for the white sailor hat that the males wear.

it’s called a combination cover. or combo cover…either one works. The cun.t cap they are talking about is in reference to the garrison cap. The garrison can be worn with the working blue uniform only. The combo cover is worn with the dress white/blue and working whites. Can be worn with the working blues in replacement of garrison cover.
