Visor Cap

Use of a “visor” cap in tennis?
I haven’t played competitve tennis in awhile and am looking to get back into it. Is it considered feminine for a male player to wear a cap or visor? (the latter seems like it would keep sweat out of my face better) My eyes are quite sensitive to the sun + I can’t see myself wearing eye black like a baseball player while on the court, to protect them somewhat on sunny days, also at dusk when the lights come on. Your thoughts?
oy Sara, think you misunderstood. I don’t even wear purple! The visor I am considering is a white Under Armour with their logo in black
I couldn’t wear shades Scar .. they won’t fit over my regular glasses.
Well first of all, a visor is more common for a female tennis player to wear, but that doesnt mean that they dont wear caps too. Well, a visor does have on advantage on regular caps. Regular caps do keep the sun out, but they keep in heat and can warm up your head, making you hotter. If you want to wear a cap, go for one with tiny holes that let air pass through and it will cool your head down. Really it is up to you, both visors and proper caps will help keep sun out of your eyes.
